A 250g cashew nut based sauce with warming spices are used to create a delicious gravy that mimics the flavour of the renowned Indian classic: Butter Chicken.
All you do is pan fry whatever you’re cooking with some olive oil and chopped spring onion until cooked. Then add in the cook-in-sauce. Add 1/2 cup of water as the sauce is supper thick. Simmer for 3-5 min. Done!
