At INDIKAAP we creates Ayurvedic and Vegan food, products and experiences.
Ayurveda has its roots in Indian culture, yet it’s principles can be applied to any type of cooking and incorporated into any lifestyle.
We use our knowledge of it’s principles, the six Ayurvedic Tastes, the Doshas (our personal Ayurvedic constitution) and the Gunas (the universal states of balance, transformation and stasis) to inform our delicious food at the pod, our products, and services. We do all this while drawing inspiration from the diverse cultural food traditions found in South Africa and the world.
