What the cleanse includes:
- An Ayurvedic consultation
- Videos and notes on food preparation, dhinacharya (daily routine), abhyanga (self-massage), nasya (nasal wash), oil pulling, dry brushing and tongue scraping
- Daily meditation with a Heartfulness facilitator
- Individual and group support via WhatsApp
- A post-cleanse interview
- A cleanse kit with:
- 1 day’s meal packs & recipes to slowly transitioning into a cleanse
- 3 kitchari or other packs (dosha dependent) per day including spices (for your dosha). the intention is extraction of Ama and lightening the body
- Ayurvedic herbs to support your body during the process
- Teas to support your liver and kidneys and teas to support your dosha
- Internal and external organic oils for your dosha to assist your body detoxing
- Bottles for Nasya (a nasal flush) and abhyanga (daily massage)
- 1 day’s meal packs & recipes to gently transition to a normal eating
