In this cooking class, we look at immense power we wield with our choices of food, to transform and heal our bodies and those we love. With science backed evidence, we look at foods and eating practices recommended by Ayurveda to relieve inflammation, bloating, slow digestion, constipation, insomnia, sugar diabetes, heart disease, arthritis and osteoporosis.
