An Introduction to Ayurvedic Cooking

Description

A fun an interactive Vegan cooking class where you learn the basics principles of Ayurveda. We learn about the doshas and how these relate to nutrition. We cook a Vegan meal together that satisfies all dosha types.

  • An introduction to the 6 Ayurvedic Tastes and how they are used in Ayurvedic nutrition to create balance
