Dosa Batter VPK+ in access

A dosa is a South Indian savoury crepe made from a combination of rice and lentils that are soaked over 2 days and lightly fermented. The perfect recipe gives you a crepe that is crispy on the outside and pillowy on the inside. It is a light meal, eaten with INDIKAAP coconut chutney, coriander & mint chutney and date & chilli chutney.  Sambar (a type of flavourful, thin dhal containing dried mango powder), rounds it off.

Lightly fermented foods are good for gut health. They do not aggravate the Pitta dosha as other ferments do.
