You may be familiar with the basic principles of Ayurveda and Ayurvedic nutrition. You know your dosha and understand that eating for your dosha results in Ojas, and optimal health. Now you’d like to take it up a notch with a more intentional approach to planning your meals for yourself and those you love.
In this cooking class we build up an arsenal of easy to prepare meals that align with your dosha and follow the principles of Ayurvedic cooking. We learn which foods should not be combined to avoid an Ama build up. We also learn easy time honoured remedies that stabilise the doshas.
