Cashew-nut Satay Cook-in Sauce VK-P+

This is an allergen free version of peanut satay, an Asian sauce used on braaied meat. My version uses cashew nuts and is a deliciously creamy, full bodied sauce with high notes of tamarind and lime. It can be used to transform stir fries, wraps, soups baked and grilled food.
